WHAT DOES PCI DSS MEAN?

You’ll probably meet this term but you didn’t know what it meant exactly. Don’t worry because we are going to explain to you everything you need to know about PCI DSS.

This term refers to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard and it is a globally accepted set of procedures, rules, and policies that are specially designed to optimize the safety and security of debit, credit, and cash card transactions, as well as to protect all cardholders and avoid any credit card frauds. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard was created in 2004 by four of the most recognizable credit card companies – MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
